I am very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and caring attention shown by every one of employees that I meet when I visit Shoal Creek Smile Studio. The dentists, the dental asistants, the dental hygenists, as well as the front office staff all do a great job and make me feel like a family member, not just another patient. I am a long time patient and I highly recommend using their services.

Front desk workers were SOOO sweet! I ran late and they were so understanding even though I completely had the appointment time wrong. The dentists were also very nice they really care what you have to say. Never going to a different dentist!! 10000/10

Teeth cleaned and eval for a crown today: fantastic dentists in an extended practice of general and specialized dentistry, dental assistants who are knowledgeable and kind, and office staff efficient to the max. Most up to date and pain-free treatments I've ever head; great teamwork and followup. They keep detailed records and actually READ them to structure longer-term dental care. Location has parking right in front of the door. Best of all: no corporate ambiance, but real responsibility for patients.

Everyone at Shoal Creek Smiles Studio, fom office staff to dental assistants to dentists, are all very friendly, extremely helpful, and highly professional. Every visit has been very pleasant and family like. We are made to feel like friends and not just customers.

I really love the experience I get when visiting for my appointments. All the staff are welcoming and greet you with positive attitudes! They made me feel great about choosing them as my new dental place and I highly recommend them.

I really enjoyed my visit to Shoal Creek Smile Studio. The office is nice and clean. Brianna helped me with my x-rays and scheduling future appointments. Dr. John was really helpful and gave me a lot of informational details about my teeth. Kelly, the hygienist, was really good as well. I've had some bad experiences with hygienists during cleaning, and Kelly is up there with the best. Overall, this place is great, and I recommend this place to anyone in search of a dentist.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the dentist today. I truly felt like I was in good, professional hands as I had work done. The dentist and the dental assistant did a great job ensuring I felt comfortable during the entire visit. I highly recommend this dental office (especially if you have anxiety about going to the dentist).

Dr Babineau (and Dr Lori Babineau) have cared for me and my family for many years and their care and treatment has provided me with a secure sense of trust. I was very pleased to get an appointment quickly to address the swelling in my gum. Dr John Babineau provided very clear information explaining the problem and treatment needed. The root canal was completed in a timely manner and with very little discomfort. (He is so gentle) 🙂 Although medication was provided as requested I did not require any and amm looking forward to my next appointment. I also enjoyed and felt cared for by all the staff. Shoal Creek Smile Studio is a dental office full of warmth; an oxymoronic phrase for many -if not most!- other dental offices. The dentist and staff are professional, informative, considerate, fun and want to make clients feel comfortable.

My recent cleaning at Shoal Creek Smile Studio was great. My dental hygienist Kelly has been working with me for years to keep my pockets in check. Today we had both celebrated that a recent implant which was done by Dr Babineau had worked in solving a problem with a deep pocket we had been working on for quite a while. As a long time patient of both doctors and Kelly, I have received the best help and care in saving my teeth after having periodontal disease at a young age. While I visit the dentist 3 to 4 times a year for maintenance, I’m happy to report that the practice is very nice, and they always put me at ease so I can say I almost enjoy visiting the dentist!

Dr. John Babineau and his staff have always gone above and beyond for my care. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I've had my fair share of dentists in my life and Dr. John ranks very highly on the list. I would trust him, his wife and his staff with any one of my family members or good friends. You're in great care here 🙂
